Pat Harris Endorsed For Ward 3 City Council

Pat Harris was endorsed for City Council by the Ward 3 DFL Convention on April 22, 2007.  After a nominating speech and a thirty-minute question and answer session, Pat Harris was endorsed by acclamation.  Councilmember Harris described his decsion to seek the DFL endorsement as "coming home."  Welcome back, Pat.
