2007 City Convention Endorses School Board Candidates, IRV Ballot Initiative

The 2007 City Convention met on June 9 at the Carpenters Union Hall. The delegates endorsed incumbent School Board members Anne Carroll and Kazoua Kong-Thao, and first-time candidates Keith Hardy and Kevin Riach, all by acclamation. The IRV Ballot Initiative was endorsed on the second ballot (after having missed the 60% mark by two votes).
