Mayor, School Board Candidates Endorsed
Mayor Chris Coleman was overwhelmingly endorsed by the Saint Paul City DFL at its Convention on March 21, 2009. After having Mayor Coleman's name placed in nomination by six incumbent City Council members, no other candidates sought to challenge for the endorsement. For the Saint Paul School Board, the three incumbents, John Brodrick, Tom Goldstein, and Elona Street-Stewart were endorsed by acclamation.
The Convention also passed a number of resolutions that arose from the Precinct Caucuses/Ward Conventions. The results are posted here, and available on the DFL Documents link.
